Canadian privacy framework

FNFlights LTD. is based in Ontario. This policy is written for our Canadian operations and describes our responsibilities under applicable Canadian privacy requirements, including PIPEDA where it applies. Provincial privacy laws may also apply depending on the activity and information involved. We identify the purposes for collecting personal information before or when we collect it, collect only what is appropriate for those purposes, and generally rely on your knowledge and consent except where applicable law permits collection, use, or disclosure without consent. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual limits and reasonable notice.

Orders and payments

The Rowcorda shop uses WooCommerce and a payment provider selected for the checkout. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. FNFlights receives the order, billing, and fulfillment details needed to process the purchase, issue a license, provide support, and keep an audit trail.

How we use information
